10 Club members get second chance for tickets

Looks like 10 Club is true to their word and giving people who missed out on tickets to Eddie's solo US tour another chance today only. Read below. NOTE: Passwords and links have been removed to allow those who are 10 club members a great chance to get them. This post is for informational proposes only.


Hello 10club members:

In an effort to provide more tickets to members who were unable to secure Ten Club pre-sale tickets for Edie Vedder's 2011 US solo tour, the public ticketing vendors have agreed to do another pre-sale for our members at 10am your local time on Thursday March, 31.

This pre-sale will be conducted through the venues public ticket vendor, not the Ten Club, and the seats will not be allocated by seniority, but will be first come, first serve - while supplies last. Ticket sales are limited.

Please note: each venue has it's own ticket link and may have a slight variation on the password. Please pay close attention to any notes about the password as they will vary slightly from show to show.


Now for the very important part ... DO NOT DISTRIBUTE THE PASSWORD, or you will increase the risk of non-members obtaining these tickets. And please ... if you have already purchased tickets through the Ten Club for these shows, allow the not-so-lucky members to have the opportunity.

Ticket sales are subject to processing fees by the vendor. All ticket sales are final. Tickets are not for re-sale.

Since the Ten Club has no possession of these tickets, all questions about ticket orders must be directed to the public ticket vendor's customer service department.

We are excited to bring you the Eddie Vedder announcement you've been waiting for. In support of his forthcoming solo album, Ukulele Songs, Eddie Vedder will embark on a month-long US tour on June 15th in Providence, Rhode Island which wraps up on July 15th at Seattle?s Benaroya Hall. Special guest Glen Hansard (The Swell Season, The Frames) will join Vedder on the road.

We are happy to announce a special Ten Club only ticket pre-sale for members active as of Thursday, March 24th at 11:59pm Pacific. Sorry, If you are not already a member you will not be eligible for the pre-sale.

The Ten Club pre-sale will begin Tuesday, March 29th at 8am Pacific. The pre-sale will end on Wednesday, March 30th at 5pm Pacific or until tickets are gone. Please check www.timeanddate.com for time zone conversion.

***NOTE: In an effort to spread the ticket love around as much as possible there will be a limit of 1 pair (2 tickets) per member for the entire tour on the first day (Tuesday, March 29) of the ticket sale. Starting at 9am Pacific on the second day (Wednesday, March 30th), any remaining tickets will be opened up for purchase regardless of whether or not you have tickets to another show. You will be able to purchase one pair for any or all remaining shows still up on the site at this time.

IMPORTANT:

An email will be sent to you confirming your ticket purchase after all the pre-sales are over. In the meantime you can view your order confirmation number in your online order history.

Ten Club tickets for the EV solo tour will NOT be seniority based. Tickets are being held in unspecified locations throughout the venues. Seat allocation will be chosen at random and will also be chosen in advance of the performance date. Lining up outside the venue early will not affect on your seat location.

The base ticket price for all shows range from $150 - $162 per pair, plus additional venue and handling fees. Tickets for the pre-sale will be sold only on http://www.tenclub.net/goods/ with a Visa or Mastercard. No phone or mail orders.

Tickets will be distributed at will call on the evening of the performance. Only the Ten Club member who purchased the tickets will be allowed to collect the tickets. No exceptions.

Tickets are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, non-transferable, no exceptoins. Please make absolutely sure you are able to attend the concert before purchasing tickets. Reselling of Ten Club tickets will result in revocation of all future Ten Club ticket benefits.

For ADA seating, please call 1-800-724-8038 at the posted pre-sale time which coincides with the show you would like to attend.

I just wanted to update the information I recently posted about having a guest on the podcast that "ALL Pearl Jam fans would know". Well, I have confirmed that I will be doing an interview with none other than the host of Pearl Jam radio and co-host of The All Encompassing Trip weekly roundtable show on Sirius XM radio, Rob "The Rob" Bleetstein.

I will be doing the interview at the end of the month due scheduling conflicts between the two of us, but that works out for you, the listener. This allows you to send in your questions for Rob and I will try to fit in all the questions I can. So start thinking of what you like to ask "The Rob" and send them to me at: mario@giventocast.net

It's getting pretty interesting on the PJ News front. Let's review:

1. The PJ20 festival..When??? Where???

2. The Pearl Jam book that was suppose to accompany the movie in its release date. The book will available for purchase on Sept. 13, 2011, according to Amazon.com . Does that mean the movie should be released around the same time??!!!

3. Looks like Ed will release his 2nd solo album in May. I hope it as great as the first one.

I will discuss these and other topics, play some sweet Pearl Jam tunes and maybe have a surprise or two... Stay tuned...
